About this cartoon: With mass shootings in the United States statistically being a daily event, the angry average citizen wonders why Congress doesn't take action rather than offer lame "thoughts and prayers" each time. Of course the answer comes down to money and political pressure, and the National Rifle Assn. has shown to be a huge force on both fronts. And so they cycle continues again and again and again.
